Bryce’s chair is a judgment-free, welcoming space. Warm, inviting, and usually accompanied by a little humor. Their work is fueled by creative clients who want to collaborate, explore new ideas, and push the boundaries of what their hair can be. Bryce stays inspired through continued education and being “chronically online,” always keeping a pulse on emerging trends. Favorite tools include beach wavers and texture-building products like Evo Shag and Salty Dog for effortless, lived-in finishes.
Outside the salon, Bryce enjoys scary movies, RuPaul marathons, thrifting, nature walks, and collecting tattoos. When not creating hair, they’re painting, crafting, or spending time with their rescue cat Onyx, a fluffy ball of love and attitude. Clients can expect honesty, openness, and a supportive experience from consultation to final reveal, with every service treated as a true collaboration to ensure you leave feeling confident, comfortable, and completely yourself.

With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Grace brings a calm, thoughtful approach to hair at Alfieri Hair Craft. Originally from Emmett, Michigan, Grace specializes in grey coverage, blonding, long-hair cutting, and lived-in, low-maintenance color—creating looks that feel effortless, natural, and perfectly suited to real life.
Grace believes a great result starts with a great consultation. She takes time to assess hair type, lifestyle, face shape, and inspiration photos, checking in throughout every step of the appointment to ensure clients feel confident and understood. She loves continuing her education and staying current through the many advanced classes offered at the salon. For the perfect blowout, her go-to tools are the Shark FlexStyle and Evo's Mister Fantastic blow dry spray.
When she’s not in the salon, Grace enjoys reality TV binges, reading, weekend getaways around Michigan, and discovering new restaurants and breweries. She shares her life with two beloved rescue dogs—Hudson, her grumpy-but-sweet toy poodle sidekick, and Rosie, a pit/hound mix who insists she’s a lap dog. Clients can expect a relaxed, collaborative experience and hair that looks just as good weeks later as it does when they leave the salon.
